Swadesh kumar sir.. (His NEW Industrial book)

Not many people here will be knowing him atleast not as a teacher as he left made easy this year.As you might know he teaches production and his book on production technology has become a bible for all mechanical students.One should be really grateful to him for writing such a concise precise book on such a vast subject.
  Production is a subject which we all think as a luck and memory game.After all how is one supposed to recall all those materials, tools ,composition etc etc.And if any unknown question used to come we all were absolutely clueless.Even logic seemed to defy production.But it is un ignorable as it consists of more that 30% of syllabus.And psu 's too concentrate on it even in interviews.
  But all of these myths were broken by Swadesh Sir.He has a humble background from UP.He did B.Tech from Muslim Aligarh University with a old medal.Got into bhel after doing M.tech from IIT Delhi.Left that job and prepared for IAS. Here he got highest marks in mechanical Engineering which is supposed to be not so scoring subject.But missed the selection by few marks.Just to guide people and build their character he jumped into research and teaching.And undoubtedly is the best one.


 You can hardly find someone so modest so humble so simple.He can earn as much as he wants but just to fulfill his dream of making a difference he is operating a small coaching institute in hyderabad.Where he is owner,receptionist,Scheduler,helper and sometimes even office boy.He owns a scooty which is again reminder of his feet which are firmly planted to ground.


 His knowledge of any subject is superb and his way of imparting is even better.He makes a person feel so comfortable in class and generates a natural interest in his subject.Even a 8 hour class seems short.(mind you i am the kind of person who even sees time in kulkarni sir's class).Actually it's Swadesh Sir who has raised my expectations for teachers.


 The best part is that he is still learning and excited about his subject.So you get to know how things actually work.
